Happy New Year!
After a fun-filled trip to Michigan and two days back here in Door County, I have finally reached the last night before heading home. Part of me is ready to get home because I have all these plans for projects and improvements around the house (we helped my brother and sister-in-law with several house reorganization projects and the excitement kind of seeped into me). Of course, those plans may end up to be just like New Year resolutions and make it to the second day before being forgotten. Then again, they may not. Right now there is freezing rain falling, so I only hope that the roads will be clear by mid-morning tomorrow when I drive home.
And then Monday it is back to work... my, how I am not looking forward to that....
